- For Saffron orders, we prioritize quality and authenticity. Once payment confirmation is received, we take the necessary steps to ensure that the product meets the highest standards. The saffron will be sent for government lab testing and Phytosanitary certification, which are essential for verifying its quality and safety. This comprehensive testing process typically takes approximately 20 days. We want to assure our customers that we only dispatch saffron products after they have successfully passed these tests, guaranteeing their authenticity and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Shipping charges are determined by two factors: the location of delivery and the quantity of products being shipped. We understand that shipping costs can vary depending on the destination and the size of the order. To provide transparency and accuracy, the exact shipping cost will be communicated after checkout.
- In the case of Shilajit orders, we take extra measures to ensure the quality and purity of the product. Therefore, we send the Shilajit for Fulvic Acid testing to New Delhi, India. This additional testing process guarantees that the Shilajit meets the necessary standards and is free from any impurities.
- It is important to note that the customer is responsible for covering the costs associated with the applicable lab tests. The pricing for these lab tests may vary and is subject to change based on the current rates set by the testing facility. We believe in transparency and want our customers to be aware of any additional fees involved in maintaining our commitment to product quality.

Refund and Returns Policy
Cancellations can only be accommodated prior to the order being dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched, the option for cancellation is no longer available.
In the event that a cancellation request is made before the order is dispatched, the customer will be entitled to a refund. The refund process will commence once the cancellation has been acknowledged and approved by our dedicated team. We kindly request your patience as we diligently process the refund, ensuring that it is accurately calculated and promptly reflected in your designated account.
Should a cancellation request be made after the order has been dispatched, cancellation charges will be applicable.
- For saffron orders, the cancellation charges will amount to 1500 INR per day.
- For all other products, the cancellation charges will be 1000 INR per day.
It is important to note that these charges are applied for each day, commencing from the date of dispatch until the cancellation request is formally received.
We understand that circumstances may arise that necessitate changes to your order, and we strive to provide flexibility within reasonable limits. However, once the order has been dispatched, it enters a logistical process that incurs costs and resources, making cancellations at that stage subject to the aforementioned charges.
